These people are mostly poor white people. It was a factory town but the factory closed years ago leaving poverty. Where do they go without help? Their homes are now worthless. But how do you drink or even bathe in that water?

The government needs to step up while the lawsuits get going. Class action lawsuits will need to be initiated.
